Requirements for the Speakers

As in Dubai, it is mandatory to have an Event Permit & E-ticketing permit; we will also have to follow some rules for Speakers:

 

      • We must pay a permit for everyone who will perform on the Stage (any person speaking on stage will be classified as a Speaker). This process must be completed beforehand, so unfortunately, we can´t accept “last-minute” speakers. We require a list of documents, including all requirements, by November 2, 2025, at the latest.
      • We will need passport copies for all speakers: CLEAR, COLOR, & SCANNED (please check the requirements in the attachment)
      • Emirates ID: UAE citizens & residents (both sides)
      • Passport photo: CLEAR, COLOR & SCANNED (requirements in attachment)
      • Speaker Bio: 200 characters in a Word document.
